I found the service to be excellent. I ordered 2 off 2m HDMI cables and received them within 2 workings days. The cables are very well made. I wish the cables were black and not bright blue, and i wish a they were more supple, they are as thick as your little finger and hard to route and hide from view. I have a Samsung TV which has side connections. other wise very happy.
