This cable looked and felt solid when I unpacked it. Plugged it in and instantly quality was great. I originally use this to go from my sony PS3 to my LG TV that only has DVI in, no HDMI, was spot on!I know us ethe cable from my AV receiver out to the tv with my PS3, SKY HD and DVR being swithced by the receiver, no noticeable loss in quality.
