Having just purchased a top-of-the-range Panasonic VT30 Plasma, I had two concerns:The first was the unsightly way the HDMI cables poked out from the side.This was very easily resolved with the adapters.The second,and biggest concern,was how this would affect the PQ.Being fanatical when it comes to this,thankfully I need not have worried!So anyone else out there in two minds,give it a go!And on top of this is the most excellent service,ordered one day received the next!I was so impressed with the whole experience that I ordered two more!

I have installed a top end Plasma and audio system in my house. I found that I could not connect any of my HDMI cables without putting excess strain on the plug/sockets so have bought these Right angled swivel HDMI adaptors for all of the HDMI plugs. Without them I would have had cables poking out behind the various hifi equipments and in the case of my plasma tv which is wall mounted I would not have been able to make the HDMI connection as it is mounted close to the wall. I was initially concerned that adding another link in my HDMI cable would degrade the picture/sound quality but this has not been the case, and is highly unlikely as digital signals are mostly unaffected, unlike analogue signals which can suffer from signal loss (not applicable in this application).

If your TV fits snugly to your wall then this item is essential and is a remarkably low cost solution to an awkward problem. Highly recommended.

Because this adaptor can be swivelled through 180 degrees it can be used for any side mounted port or to bring a cable up behind a screen to make siting easier. I used it on my Blueray player and it really tidied up the installation and meant I could use a shorter cable.
