We use these converters to connect HDMI output PC's to monitors with DVI rather than HDMI ports. Always handy to keep a couple around, they work perfectly. An alternative is a direct HDMI to DVI cable which avoids a joint but wastes an HDMI cable if one was supplied.

As with other gear ordered this adapter was good quality and great value. On reciept i found that i had ordered the wrong item. I contacted UKHDMI who gave me the freepost details to return the product and refunded my account without a problem. I will gladly make this merchant my first stop for cables and adapters.
