I ordered this item Tuesday evening with standard free delivery, it was with me by 9am Thursday morning. Impressive.We did have some difficulty getting it to work so I emailed my concerns and got a prompt response from a very kind and patient Andrew in Technical support. I'm not remotely technical but apparently this item should only work when you have two items of the same resolution running off the splitter. I didn't. With a lot more help (from Bro in Law)I got it working. It takes a few seconds to "think" and probably because of the resolution difference, there's a specific order needed when switching from one T.v. to another. Something I'm sure I'll get used to. So, if anything it's over performing at the moment. Let's hope it stays that way.Excellent service from this company.

This is a hdmi (big end) to hdmi (small end ) its 3 metres long it works what can i say im so amazed that such a lead would actually work but is true it does i would recomend this lead to anyone who bought nvidia gtx 460 graphics card that the lead supplied that was about 7 inches long lol
