An UK HDMI fan has give Octava HDDA34-UK 3x4 HDMI Splitter / Distribution Amp
Reviewer: An UK HDMI fan from Oxford, UK
Details: Works well so far
Only tested this spltter briefly so far. Tested with SKY HD feed on one input and cheap upscaling DVD on another input. Output to 50inch plasma which is 16m cable length away (Ivuna cable)and 40 inch LED set which is 20m cable length (Ivuna)away. Subjectively HD pictures on both TV's look very good. Very slightly annoying that it can take about 6 seconds for the system to handshake/ synchronise with the TV's, during this time the screens are blank. Plan is to properly install the HD cables as soon as time can be found to lift skirting and drill large holes, but on first test looks like it does the job

Gary J has give Cablesson HDelity HDMI Extender (HDBaseT)
Reviewer: Gary J from West Mids, UK
Details: Amazing product
A quick overview of my setup - Cable modem, router and media server upstairs in my office, Dreambox downstairs and single cat5e cable already in place between the 2 locations.Object of the exercise was to get an HDMI signal to the upstairs TVs from my Dreambox 8000HD satellite receiver(which I also use as my media streamer)while at same time maintaining the ability to stream from my server upstairs my full bitrate uncompressed Blu-ray rips to the main TV downstairs or even back to the upstairs TVs. Plus I also needed to maintain internet connectivity upstairs and downstairs.Alot to ask I thought of a single cat5e cable, I was gobsmacked when this product achieved all that I wanted effortlessly, I also used a Cablesson splitter downstairs and one upstairs for the bedroom TV, it all works perfectly without any glitches or needing to power up equipment in a particular order to get it all working as I've read you need to do with other tech. The slave unit doesn't even need a power supply as it takes it's power from the main unit and sends it up the same cat5e. Both this product and the switches use a very small footprint, much smaller than they look in the pictures and the case construction is of the highest quality. For what it achieves I consider this product well the worth the cost and I would recommend this product unreservedly.

Jim Merson has give Ivuna Advanced High Speed 14m HDMI Cable with Ethernet
Reviewer: Jim Merson from Kidderminster UK
Details: who needs expensive hdmi cables
When using 14mtr hdmi cables it will either work or it will not work. There is no such thing as a 1.4hdmi cable only high speed or standard cable and even then nothing is certified over 8mtrs.However providing the cable is of good quality, 14mtr cables can work very well. This one is more than capable, with no difference in video quality with cables costing as much as £500 for a similar length. This Ivuna cable is run behind plaster walls to a panasonic AE400projector in conjunction with ATC SCM40 surround speakers, Arcam AVR 600 amp and arcam bd 100 player ect. On playing the Chris Botti live in Boston with full 7;1 surround sound the results are nothing short of stunning.Just remember, because of interface problems with hdmi whether you purchase a very expensive or a good quality less expensive cable it will either work or it wont!! I really cannot understand why we adopted this HDMI system in the first place, but I guess we are stuck with it at present. For the price this is a quality constructed cable with adequate conducting cores and good screening. Highly recommended. Any further information I can be contacted on merson@supanet.com
