You shall be notified via an email once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery. The time frame of delivery varies according to the delivery option one selects while placing an order, with an estimated delivery time shown once you purchase your product(s).
The maximum length of time for UK orders to arrive is 4 working days. (Excludes Next Day Delivery Orders)

It is possible that the carrier may have attempted to deliver at a time when no one was available to collect the package, or that they may have had trouble locating your address. In most instances, the main reason for such trouble is a simple delay in the postal system; the carrier then delivers the order within another couple of days.
