Description:

Share your HDMI or DVI-D sources with a single HD monitor. This unique switch allows you to switch between 3 HDMI sources (settop box, DVD players, video game stations, computers) and your Hi Def monitor. This switch passes both digital and audio signals through the HDMI ports!

Now available with V1.3 Full HD and Deep color support.

Our proprietary Clear EYE^TM transmission line and ISI reduction design will IMPROVE the digital video signals. Smart Scan^TM algorithm intelligently selects the correct HDMI source so you can enjoy the program instead of fumbling with the remote. Approved by Wives and Kids!

HDMI is backward compatible with DVI-D. This switch will work with either DVI or HDMI. We understand that you may have a "mixed" system and require different cables. We allow you to choose the type of cable that you need during purchase.

Have 10 metre 1.3spec HDMI cable placed under carpet and needed to send 3D blu Ray to 3D Plasma and put all my other HD sources from 2nd output on Denon 4308 reciever (that will not pass Full 3D through)Octava box switches from my OPPO93 direct and the Denon output for all else, completely automatic as you switch the OPPO on and off. so all signals go to TV over 1 cable.I use the remote to switch the blue leds off/on great feature not seen before.Saves me upgrading a prefectly good reciever to by new gear and not take up a very large carpet covered in furniture, the Picture is outstanding and no different from connecting the OPPO93 BD directly via the cable, I'm glad I put a quality cable down a couple of years ago that can handle the high bandwidth.

You can't really complain much about this product it does everything you'd expect it to do!The only thing I'll point out is if you turn the box on before the TV you get an orange bar at the top of the screen, I'm not sure if this is the box or our TV causing the problem. But that aside, which in all honesty is easily sorted. This product is a godsend, saving lugging the the TV unit out to change hdmi cables over.So would still recommend for sure.

The Octava HDS3-UK box is the ideal solution for combining HDMI signals from 3 sources (Humax PVR satellite box/Samsung VHS/DVD recorder/Arcam DVD player) to the single HDMI socket on my screen. Well built,device auto-sensing, card remote and apparent ability to improve signal quality! Professional quality at consumer price.

Bought this to connect DVD and PS3 into one tv hdmi. No installation problems, simply connect cables and power up.Comes with remote to switch devices, though claims will auto detect and switch over automatically - in practice this has happend on every occasion and in 5 months have yet to use the remote!Quality of signal great - no visible or sound difference when connected players direct to tv. On the more expensive side of other similar products but you get what you pay for and this is a great product that works invisibly in the background.
