Share your HDMI equipped Sources with up to Eight Display devices in your Cinema room and around your home.
Our latest Matrix unit combines HDMI Inputs with user selectable HDMI and CAT6 Outputs.
Outputs A and B are user selectable between HDMI and Dual CAT6 - outputs C to H are Dual CAT6 only.
The CAT6 outputs allow you to connect to the matching In-room HDMI + IR Receiver over distances up to 45m using low cost easy to install CAT5e or CAT6 cable with support for signals up to and including 1080p.
Note - for 1080p60 signal transfer we recommend CAT6 over CAT5 or CAT5e.
Supplied to our UK and Ireland customers with a 240v CE marked power supply these units are ideal for our many customers who own want to share SKY HD, Blu-ray Disc, Freesat, DVD or HD DVD between the main 'TV' and a Bedroom, Study or Kitchen TV.
For the Pro installer the Matrix is supplied Inc. Rack Mount lugs and includes an RS232 control port.
Additionally the HDMX48CAT-UK has three installer selectable EDID modes to ensure best compatibly in the most challenging HDMI networks.
With integral IR Passthru from each of the In-room Receiver units the HDMX48CAT-UK cuts down on the required number of cables in a multi room installation and minimises the requirement for a costly stand alone in-room IR receiver
Four Front panel Toggle buttons allow you to quickly select which Input you wish to view on which Output - the IR remote and RS232 comms port also allow this quick configuration option.
Plug up to four HDMI equipped Sources (SKY HD, HD DVD, Blu-ray Disc, V+, Apple TV or DVD) to the HDMX48CAT-UK and share your selected Source to up to Eight Displays.
With the Matrix Switch you can view the same or different sources on your Displays simultaneously.
The inbuilt HDMI v1.3 Compliant 'Clear Eye' technology ensures your Source signals arrive at your Display in pristine condition.
.The 'Clear Eye' technology allows you to use HDMI Output cables up to 15m without worrying about signal drop off over your cable run.
