Description:

HDMI and DVI are both digital video connections that can be used together. In some cases, equipment may have a DVI connection that needs to be converted to a HDMI type plug; this simple adaptor allows for this. This adapter converts HDMI Female to DVI Male connector. A DVI to HDMI adapter is used to connect older home theater equipment with DVI connectors to newer HDTV televisions and projectors which have HDMI connectors.

As with other gear ordered this adapter was good quality and great value. On reciept i found that i had ordered the wrong item. I contacted UKHDMI who gave me the freepost details to return the product and refunded my account without a problem. I will gladly make this merchant my first stop for cables and adapters.

Many people say that using adaptors is not ideal as there can be more signal degradation through more components/cable junctions but I have certainly not found any in this case. Does what it says on the tin; good quality.
