I have been looking for one of these for several years as I have leads coming out of a hole behind the TV, this makes a much neater job.

Not installed it yet but looks neat and should do the trick - would have given 5 stars but the use of the stiffend extension cable at the rear of the plate to overcome the 90deg bend required, means you do need some depth behind the wall to accomodate this.
